Rosehip: properties and recipes

Rosehip - a genus of plants of the family Pink. The bush usually reaches a height of 2-2.5 meters. The branches are covered with thorns, single berry, pink.

Where and when to collect rosehips?

Take the dried berries (100 g per 1 liter of water). Crush them with a mortar and finely chop. Ingredient put in a thermos and fill with boiling water. Put infuse. After a few hours, strain the drink. Done! Broth should store in refrigerator.
