chicken mousse

Ingredients

30g black olives.Chicken fillet 30g.33% cream 20g.Olive oil 5g.Flowers 1pc.Watercress salad 1pc.1g salt.A mixture of 5 peppers 1g.
Boil the chicken in salted water, chop into a cutter with cream. Bring to taste. Sprinkle on top of the land of olives. Decorate.
