Jellied beef with feta cheese and mustard
Ingredients
beef shin carrots onions garlic vegetable oil thyme Salt and pepper dill feta mustard Flowers mikrozelen
Lightly fry in vegetable oil onion, carrot, garlic, thyme, shin. Cover with water. Simmer until tender. Enumerate meat, finely chopped carrots. Pour into molds. Cool. Decorate with feta cream and mustard.
