Cesar always liked to cook. He decided to become a cook, when he was 17 years old. At 19, he traveled to France and Japan, which ultimately had a huge impact on his career. After this trip, Cesar worked in Spain, I have not yet received enough experience to open his own restaurant. Chef moved to New York and founded Chef`s Table At Brooklyn Fare. At the moment the restaurant is the only institution outside of Manhattan, which has three Michelin stars of the popular rankings.

In the middle of the restaurant stands tall table for 18 guests. All of them are sitting on high bar stools, and not far from them is a huge stove, which prepares Cesar and his team. In the establishment can enjoy the result of combination of French and Japanese cuisine.
