Tartlets with caviar and spicy oil

spicy oil
red caviar
land of olives
dill
Red caviar for appetizer
 
Tartlets with caviar and spicy oil
 

Spicy oil. Dill, garlic, soy sauce grind in a blender until smooth, mix with soft butter.

To transplant from a pastry bag into the tartlets until the half. On top of the eggs. Sprinkle with earth from olives.  Decorate with a sprig of dill.
