Baked apple crisp with cream "patiser"

Ingredients

Croquettes of baked apple 40g.
frying oil
Cream "patiser" 7gr.
Blueberries 2g.
2g cherry sauce.
Flowers, mikrozelen

Croquettes of apple fry until golden brown. Using a pastry bag otsadit cream. Garnish with berries, mikrozelenyu, flowers. The sauce is fed into the pipette.
Cream "patiser". Eggs, sugar and flour grind to white, pour a thin stream of hot milk with vanilla. Boil over low heat, stirring vigorously. When the cream has cooled, whip with soft butter.
Croquettes of roast is apple. From apples cored, poured sugar. Bake at 160C for 40 minutes *. Grind the blender. Put weight in the silicone mat, freeze. Breaded in flour, lezone, breadcrumbs.
Cherry sauce. Cherries bring to a boil with the cinnamon stick, evaporated to the desired consistency, strain.
