Lamb with wheat porridge, tartar sauce, cucumber and tomato

Ingredients

Tartar sauce 40gr.
Wheat groats 120g.
Egg 15g.
15g flour.
Fresh Cucumber 7gr.
Cherry tomatoes 11gr.
Garlic 5g.
Oil of sesame 3g.
Flowers, mikrozelen
