Blueberry-mint sorbet with mint smoke.
Ingredients
blueberrie sfresh Mint flowers Mikrozelen
Blueberries chop with fresh mint leaves. Pour into a container. Freeze. Skip to pakodzhete. Decorate with flowers and mikrozelenyu. Under the bowl of sorbet pour water with essential oil of peppermint. Pour in the liquid nitrogen supply.
