Pancake batter.  4 eggs per litre of milk plus chocolate topping. Flour consistency and a little vegetable oil with salt. 
Cream Sabayon. Here everything is classic: 150ml dessert white wine, 100g yolks, sugar, cinnamon. Yolks with cinnamon and sugar brew in a water bath slowly pouring the wine. Work with a whisk. It is important not to overdo it. 
Apple chips. Apple thinly cut, dry sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Balsamic cream on black currants. The technology is not simple. In the beginning, the berries are fermented, then you need to evaporate with the right taste. I added spices. Cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, cloves, pepper.
