Pumpkin 100g.
Honey 10g.
33% Cream 10g.
Apple jam 20g.
Blueberry Crumb 20g.
Pistachio ice cream 40gr.

Boil the pumpkin for a couple. Grind blender with honey and cream. Fill in the siphon, squeeze in Martinka. Put a layer of apple jam. Absorb blueberry crumb. Recipe blueberry crumb: biscuit, blueberry jam, pine nuts, prunes. Garnish with a scoop of pistachio ice cream, flowers, basil.
