Champignon mushrooms - 30g.White mushrooms - 30g.Chanterelle mushrooms - 30g.Onions - 30g.Chicken broth - 100 g.Salt - 3g.A mixture of 5 peppers - 1g.Truffle - 2g.Truffle oil - 10g.Cream 33% - 30g.Vegetable oil - 20g.Goat cheese - 20g.White bread - 5g.Flowers - 1g.Watercress salad - 1g.Onion chives - 2g.
Mushrooms, white mushrooms, onions fried in vegetable oil. Add chicken broth, cream, truffle oil. Grind until smooth. Bring to taste. From roasted chanterelles with onions and cheese make knelku. Truffle oil mixed with chopped truffle and onion chives. Serve the soup in the kettle. Garnish with truffle slices, flowers and watercress salad.
