Buckwheat pancakes with mushrooms. The same batch as the wheat dough, only added 20% buckwheat flour.
The mushroom filling includes dried white, mushrooms, onions, cream. Onions and mushrooms (white pre-soak) cut into cubes of 5 mm. Fry in oil, simmer in cream. Bring to taste.
Red onions cut into thin rings on the slicer, season to taste with butter, sugar, vinegar, salt.
