Herring ice cream . Chop the herring fillet into a mousse with Apple and milk. Freeze. Feeding through Pacojet.
Boil the young potatoes , season with dill and butter. Red onion cut into thin rings , marinate (salt, sugar, lemon, oil, sumac).
The crumb of the rye bread. Grate the bread into crumbs. Season with butter, garlic, tomato salt, and a mixture of peppers. Dry.
