Ingredients
Sea Buckthorn soup n / p 200gr.Quail 0.5sht.1g salt.A mixture of five peppers 1g.Vegetable oil 10g.Butter 10g.Red currants 15g.Raspberry 15g.Blueberry 15g.An asterisk star anise 1 piece.1g balsamic cream.Mikrozelen 1g.Flowers 1g.
Sea buckthorn-mint soup. Sea Buckthorn with fresh minced fresh mint, add the star anise. Warm up. Infuse. Strain through a sieve. I serve the soup in a transparent teapot over a candle by adding liquid nitrogen for more effective submission.Quail fry in oil mixture
