Canapés of herring with potatoes and pickled onions
Ingredients
Herring 7gr.Butter 7gr.Pickled onions 3g.Potatoes 3g.5g bread.Mikrozelen 1g.
Butter a blender to grind with herring. Red onion cut into rings, marinated in vinegar a little sugar, salt, sumac, a mixture of peppers. From raw potatoes cut chateau boil.
