Venison terrine with cucumber and paprika.
Ingredients
Venison 100g.
Sunflower oil 5g.
Cucumber terrine 100gr.
Paprika 10g.
Peel cucumber 5g.
Salt and pepper.
Venison cut into thin slices, sprinkle with unrefined sunflower oil, season with salt and pepper. Cucumber terrine: cucumber, mint, salt and pepper in a blender grind to stabilize the gelatin. Make frills cucumber and paprika. Garnish with thinly sliced paprika.
