Entree of hare with mustard cream

Ingredients

hare thigh
onions
carrots
spices
vegetable oil
parsley
feta cheese
redcurrant
balsamic cream
flowers
Mikrozelen
gelatin
Thigh hare fry in vegetable oil with onions and carrots. Simmer until tender. Season with spices, parsley. Chop finely. Dissolve the soaked gelatine. Pour into silicone molds. Allow to cool. Garnish with cream, red currants, mikrozelenyu, flowers, balsamic cream.
