The dough for pancakes made from calculation of a liter of milk, 4 eggs. Salt, sugar to taste. Flour to bring the consistency. The mass is added vegetable oil. Before giving grease the pancake with melted butter.
Beet smear is done by evaporation of beet fresh to the state of balsamic cream. I add a little sugar, cinnamon, star anise.
